Ranger Lift

Hello,
I know this has been posted before but I am still confused. I have a 2002 4wd Ranger and was wondering what the best lift is for it. I don't want to go crazy, just looking for a little more height. Are keys the way to go? whats the best suspension lift? maybe a body lift? and if a body lift is it easy to conceal it? Just hoping to get some honest user opinions and tips. Thank y'all very much if you can help!

Keys are not good they put more stress on your front end components. You can crank your torsion bars yourself to gain a few inches.

Most people on here are body lifted, they are easy to conceal with gap guards in the fender wells in the back and front. This also allows you to run stock suspension and larger tires.

For a full out suspension lift you can get a Superlift and spend a few grand.
