Why Is My Front End So Low?!?!

Just replaced the front coils and shocks with oem parts, as thee truck had cut coils, flipped leaf springs, and blown shocks when I bought it. I put all new coils and shocks on it and put the leaf springs back how they should be. Also have 235x75xr15 on it now. But the front is still super low. Any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum

That's for better gas mileage..............its always rolling Downhill

1993 Ranger 4.0l, always good to include the year of Ranger with the questions

1983 thru 1997 used the same front suspension, seen here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec...nt-suspension/
If previous owner lowered the Ranger maybe they also used Drop spindles or Dream Beams

Look at current spindles they should be in center of the I beam

Rear looks a bit high as well see if there are Blocks between leaf springs and axle tubes

I see what you did there, the physics logic checks out !!

I'll definitely check the I beams and radius arms this weekend, have to crawl under there and replacing the steering gearbox as well.

there were blocks on the leafsprings when I took them apart, but I made sure to remove them when re-installing parts. So its just ubolts, alignment pun, built pate, and that's its.

Thanks for the reply !

Well looks like the only thing they did right on this truck was buying drop spindles. Off to pull-a-part to get some stock I-beams. Cant seem to find them online anywhere.
