Nope. Its a Panasonic CQ-C8803U. It's only about 2 years old.

Thats pretty sweet..too bad it's discontinued. Is there a newer version that does the same thing?

Not that I know of. I bought it because of the it had the most power output of any headunit. Also I like the built in crossovers and sound adjustments. The display was just a bonus.
