15x8?

I am going to put a Pa 3 inch and these wheels with some 33x10.50. Wondering if these 15x8 http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...w=8&bp=5-114.3 would fit a 04 FX4 level II with that 19mm backspacing. Thanks
