99 wheels fit on 04?

99 wheels fit on 04?
Im planning on buying a set of 20s from a guy on craigslist. He has them on a 99 2wd ranger, these will fit on my 04 2wd wont they? And is there anything wrong with running a 5 lug universal rim?

They will work if they have been on a ranger, as for the universal lug rim the only problem is they are a pain when you take them off and put them on

Thank you, are they a pain just because you have to line up the right bolt holes?
