anyone running tread wright INC tires?

i keep looking at these tires and i cant get over the price and i can get a tires that looks just like an mtz. for a little over a 100 dollars.



i know a couple have run them so what do you think of them?

I would not run retreads, thats just me though. Although there probably safer than the rest of your truck anyhow.

i've heard retreads are bad in the heat. but otherwise okay..

i know a few people i used to wheel with running retreads and have had no problems. as long as you have no issues with the name on the sidewall not matching the tread. lol example: sidewall says bfg and it'll have the MTR tread lol

i'd just ride my rims. probably safer than getting a blow out on a trail lol

Umm don't you see the blown out tire sections littered everywhere on highways?

Anyways, I'd trust retreads. If they were so dangerous they simply wouldn't sell em.

good point aaron idk they have an mtz tread that i really like and its alot cheaper

Re-caps are also illegal on the steering axle on big trucks. As said when they go, they explode. A lot of trucks are running duals so if you lose a cap it doesn't really cause any driving issues. Now when we ran super single caps when they blew you were done for.
