Backspacing/offset

I'm running 285/75/16 duratracs with the stock 16x7 wheels and i'm looking at new wheels to get to fit the tires better and give me a little more offset because the front tires rub on the sway bars when the steering wheel is cranked all the way. I was wondering what offset I should look for and if anyone could recommend specific brands/models to me that'd be helpful. I was looking at the kmc xd hoss 16x8s but they have 0 offset so I'm not sure if those would still rub even though they're wider.

Get some rims with 3.5" - 4" of backspacing.
