Best Place to get Pro Comp Tires

Hey everyone, Im in the market for some new tires on one of my other trucks....im looking at the 33x12.50x15 Pro Comp Xtreme M/T's so that i can give them a try and write up a review on them.

4wheelparts and NTWonline are very close in pricing....bout 180 a tire...

So my question is, Is there any specific place you all recommend I look for great pricing and good customer service?...Any info will be appreciated!.

Thanks..

ummmm Summit Racing www.summitracing.com .....they will beat both their prices and since you are in Ohio, they will get to you next day with their standard shipping.....

but i personall wouldn't recommend the Pro Comp M/T's......if you want a M/T, get the BFG M/T's....

forget the BFGs. way too much money. for the same performance, check out the Dunlops. Had them on a Jeep, and they worked great!

Dunlops Mud Rover (MT)

The procomps have thin sidewalls.....i had some junk BFG's on my truck to make sure 33x12.5x15's would fit.....bought new pro comps and was very surprised at the sidewall difference...

I bought mine from ebay.....I have A/T's.....and they do great in the mud / snow / rain....

There are a couple people on this site with M/T's that will vouche for them....

Rocky

I found the best price on ebay. The thin walls on Pro Comps are supposedly one of the reasons they work so well. It allows them side walls to flex more keeping better tread/surface contact. I have not experienced any negative effects from the thinner side wall.

Pro Comp = Pro Crap

I've seen/heard way to many horror stories about most of their products that I wouldn't even think about buying anything with a Pro Comp logo on it.

From tires to aal's to shocks. It's all Pro Crap.

just askin a quick question to clear something up because im not sure everyone knows which tire you are talking about, there is the procomp MT which has been on the market for a while, and i think you are refering to the new procomp extreme MT which they just started selling?

exactly^^^^

these tires have been out less than a month, theres no real reviews on them. buy you a set, and let the rest of the people here know how they are as time goes by.

I hate these threads, because everytime someone asks about one tire, not every other tire out there. BFG's are not the holy grale(sp?) in tires, period!
