Biggest tire size possible!

Hey guys I have a 2002 Mazda b4000 and I was wondering what the biggest tire size I could fit... My torsion is turned up only an inch so I was thinking 31x10.5x15 with a -19mm offset wheel? Would that fit without having to cut to much of the bumper off? I would also like it to sit slightly outside the fender would that be enough to push it out or would I need spacers?
Thanks a lot!

That setup should fit just fine without trimming. I ran 265/75/16s (32ish x 10.5ish) on 16x7s with 4" of backspacing on my truck when it was completely stock (no tbar crank). Didn't have any rubbing issues.

If you're buying new wheels already, get ones with the oddest that you want. Running spacers isn't the best situation.
