Thanks for your help guys but i think i am going to go with the cragars still cause i dont like a chrome lip and i want a black rim so steel is the only way to go for inexpensive and how can 60 more pounds fifteen on each wheel slow me down that much thats like the difference with me driving my truck and my buddy who is 75 pounds lighter lol i dont think it will bog it down that bad

I've ran 15x8 black soft 8s on my 01 ranger with 33s on a 4banger, and 15x8 soft 8s on my 04 sport trac with 4.0 and 32s

I love the look of them, and I've never noticed the "extra weight"

Good luck with that. They were awful with my 4.0 and 4.10s. It ended up driving like a tank. And go out now and stock up on front brake rotors.

I say no to the cragars. Here's my reasons:
1) They are heavy
2) They are ugly
3) "They're totally played out" haha

Are you talking about the DC-1's, or the Cragars? LOL.

I have the Cragar D-Window steelies, 15x8 on a 31x10.5x15 tire. Do I notice the extra weight, a little. But hey, they look good, you can clean them with a garden hose, and they're strong. Plus I was in line to get my front rotors done anyway, so I haven't noticed any wear yet. I'll let you know come summer time about the brakes, especially if they go quicker than usual.

I'll admit I like the silver soft 8's. Blacks just aren't my thing.
