Good wheel options on a grey ranger?
If you have a grey ranger with aftermarket rims i would love to see pictures of them. I have looked through the gallery and have only found a few trucks. I really have no idea what color/ style will look good. I currently have the moto metal 9051 which look good IMO but are the wrong backspace, which sucks.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Im leaning more towards the 15's and most likely black. What do you mean by a steely ?lol ....
Steel wheel. Cheap and look good, especially with an aggressive tire. ------- I forget half the models of em now...lol Figures. Cragar soft 8, American Racing AR767, and the rest I forgot... I'm sure someone will post pics. I'm on my phone and I can't easily multitask with it.
I went old school. Wasn't taking it off road or making it a show truck but this is what I thought of when I was getting the truck. I waited a few months for them too, they are Vintage American Torque Thrust D's and the factory was making rims and sending straight to Ford for the Mustang that year.

The only issue was with the TPMS and hub centric ring. I didn't know the truck had the TPMS on it and when I bought the rims on line and brought them to Costco where I bought the tires to get them mounted. I noticed that one of the tape weights fell off but when I came in with with the rims on the truck he said they would need hub centric rings before he could put them back on. I put my oem rims and tires back on and took the wheels in for balancing off the truck. I searched a few sites and found no reason for them on a Ranger because it a lug centric rim.

You dont need hubcentric rims, as your lug nuts are acorn type. the bolts center the rim. (and considering they hold the weight anyways its all good)
15" black steels. best rim, cheap to replace, looks awesome.

I e-mailed American Racing Wheels and the company I got the rims from and they both replied with almost identical statements. Front drive cars with after market wheels is the only place they might be needed for safety reasons.
Planning some of these for my white extra cab. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...=Car%2FMinivan
Check with these guys, they got different kind of wheels brand that you can choose from that is including American Racing.
