Those aren't BFG tires. They are retreads. The are BFG carcasses with a BFG "like" tread. I wouldn't pay anything more than what I thought the wheels were worth.

how could you tell they were retreads? the pictures dont really show the tread

Look at the sidewalls near the top/edge. The tread doesn't come down the sidewall. That is how re-tread tires look.

And/or they are really old. BFGs don't say radial any more, or look anything like that. Old tires deteriorate after time.

ya brian does have a point, it does look a lil too smooth, if thats the case 150/200 max, in my own opinion

The rims look like American Racing Bajas. I bought mine for $150 off craigslist, and they were never on the road, to give you an idea.

Seems like the seller either doesn't have a clue what he actually has, or he's just trying to fool possible buyers. Another reason why I don't trust CL sellers, you have to wade through the BS.

those are the original radial style they are not re-tread the side walls where very weak on side bitters. those tires are OLD to say the least
