04 tire and wheel question

Yes i have searched but i wanna make sure before i order wheels...

Pro Comp Alloy Wheels Part 7069-6865 - Series 7069, 16x8 with 5 on 4.5 Bolt Pattern - Flat Black Machined - - 4 Wheel Parts

looking into getting these for my 04 xlt 4wd, i have 245/75s on it now with a good bit of tread but wanna get wheels and eventually run some 265-70/75/s when i need tires. my question is are these wheels the correct size to run on my truck without a lift? will my stock size tires look out of place on these for a while? im not looking to have them poke out or anything. also does anyone know the weight of these?

Also how would these 15x8, 3.75 compare with some 31x10.50s compared to the above set up. Probably gonna go with duratraca either way but if I go with 15's I'll have to do them right Away

The 16x8 wheels you showed have a 4" back spacing and the 15x8's have a 3.75" back spacing meaning that they will stick further out than the 16x8's will. I have 31x10.5s on my truck with 15x8 3.75bs and I like the wider stance that it has. But to answer your question, yes you can run the 16x8's on a stock truck with 245's. If you wanted the get the 15" rims you would need new tires and if you went with 31's like you asked, yes you could fit those too. Hope this helps.

Not much if any at all. My tires don't stick out at all and my wheels have a smaller bs than the wheels that you want to get

Here's a pic of the side of my truck (one on the right):
