Need Tire Size Help

I just bought a set of 17x9 wheels and have no idea what size tires to get. I have a factory 2002 xlt 4x4. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks

You can use any size wheel your little heart desires, as long as you don't exceed the overall tire diameter listed....that's the important part.

Best bet is venturing into the manufacturer websites and discovering whatever tire fits the 32x11.50 or 33x10.50 max specs......

BFG, Toyo, Kumho, GoodYear....the options are endless. It's on you to find out what the 17" equivilent diameter tire is....

well just because I helped a jeep guy out with this today 265/70/17 is a good place to start. Generally the overall diameter is around 31.8
