New Michelins!

After my wreck I needed some new tires, so here they are. Michelin LTX AT/2 in the stock 255/70/16.

I woulda gone bigger but my dad bought em for me and he wanted to get the factory size. really not in a position to complain.

Nice! My dad swears by those things. A little pricey IMO because the much cheaper Firestone Destination ATs are comparable. But you didn't pay for them so win!

NIce, Michelin are very good tires and if i had some serious money, they'd be on the truck instead of BFGs.

Nice looking tires. I bet the stock RT/S tires didn't help any during your accident.

Michelins are in general very good tires. I am running 31" LTX M/S Michelin tires on the pavement and they run smooth, are quite and are wearing very well. I have over 50,000 miles on them and they have plenty of tread left. I am thinking I will get close to 100,000 miles out of them. They have good traction too, even in the rain.

I wish my 32" Procomp MT off-road tires had close to as smooth a ride as the Michelins on the road.

My dad got 90k out of his first set on his F-150. They ride so smooth for an AT but perform amazingly.

Out of the more mild ATs out there (Dueler Revo 2, Wrangler AT/S, Destination AT, and the LTX A/T2) the LTX A/T2 is the best IMO. It is also the most expensive though so I guess that makes sense haha.

You can't beat Michelin tread life. My mother had a set on her tahoe and lasted her about 60k before she finally decided to get some new ones. And they still had some pretty decent tread left too. Prob had a good 10-15k left on them.

But the truck looks good with that set of tires on there! Free is always nice too lol.

Michelin's are great tires.
Would get a set if they made a more aggressive tread pattern.
Look good on your truck, mud is a nice touch.

They just slapped a 60k warentee on them too. We had a guy come back with 107k on his. Keep them sucker properly inflated and rotate them every 6k. You will get alot of life out of them.

For whomever compared Michelin and Firestone, you are retarded, go play in traffic.
