I searched around alot and some say yes some say no , some say the center cap wont fit ...Any comfirmation on fit of 2wd trucks ? Pics would be nice as well , Thanks

Nice wheels, if they came in 8” wide I would be all over them but Ford has chosen 7” to be the magic figure.

I'm just bought a set of those Y-Spoke wheels for my 2WD Ranger with the SLA front suspension. I'll post some pics when I get them on.

I just got the wheels home and they fit on the back, but they won't fit on the front because the center hole isn't big enough for the hub on the 2WD brake rotors. I knocked the center cap out thinking that was the problem, but that didn't do much. A 2" spacer wouldn't work unless you installed longer studs in the rotors. It's no big deal, because I got these for my black 4X4 Ranger.
I just wanted to see what they looked like on my 2WD. I guess the rotors on a 2WD 2007 + Ranger Sport have a smaller DIA hub or the 2WD wheels are different.

That is funny, didn’t think it would make any difference in 2 or 4X.

I did a little bit of reseach on this and I found out that Ford didn't even offer these wheels on any 2WD not even the Ranger Sport. If you wanted 16" wheels on the 2WD Ranger Sport you had to go with the ALUM 5-Split spoke wheels which actually look really good.

Here's some pics of the Y-Spoke wheels on my 4X4 Ranger

Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but I'm looking at getting a set of these for my 1996 2WD Ranger... does this mean they won't fit on the front hubs?

Sorry, I'm new to Rangers so I'm not sure on much.

They will not fit on a 2wd truck unless you have the center machined out to fit over the front hubs.
