Question About Adapters...

Quick question for you guys...

The KMC Diesel wheels that I had originally wanted have obviously been discontinued for some apparent reason (according to a company rep), but I found some, but only problem is that they are in a 5X5.5 bolt pattern. I decided to go with purchasing these wheels despite the fact the bolt pattern is wrong because I figured I could run adapters. But here's my question:

The guy I'm dealing with said he could get a machine shop right down the road from him to machine some adapters, but they would be "two-piece apadters" and he claims they would make my wheels stick out about 4 inches. Will I have any rubbing issues with turning and what-not with the 33/12.50/18 tires that I will be running? I will have the 3-inch spindle lift with the Fabtech AAL's and shackles in the back.

Any input would be greatly appreciated as you guys are the pros. Also, is there anybody here running spacers on their Ranger? I'd like to see some pictures.

whatever you do dont listen to the guy or buy that.

I'd trust ebay adapters 238724309324X more than some machine shop and "stick out 4 inches". You want as small of wheel adapters as you can get.

Now these say they are only 1.30 inches thick. How long are the lugs on our trucks exactly?
