question on rim sizes

im looking at a set of tires on kijiji that are for 16.5" rims, would those be able to fit 16" rims or no? 16.5" doesn't seem to be very common, but the tires are a great deal

says right on the side of any 16.5 tire "not for mounting on 16" wheels"

Thats like asking if a 15" rim will fit a 16" tire. If you want to try then go for it. But take a video cause it will be funny.

No, 16.5 will not fit. I had a set of 16.5 rims on my old f250 and it was a ***** to fit tires so I switched to 16" rims

like eeryone else said no you cant. secondly i would go with 15's only because there are more options for tire sizes.... but def stay away from 16.5's
