Ive just purchase a set of vicsera concept 20 rims for my 1996 ford ranger and only problem is when I put them on the front I cant install my center cap because of this piece that sticks out once the rim is on. can anyone tell me what that piece is, purpose it serves and can I live without it AND when I say live without it I mean literaty!
