2002 level 2
2004 level 2

may be easier to get into the 04 cause of the extra 1000 dollars under blue book to help me out with getting out of my truck but just dont know yet.......

I would say 04 myself, but then again, I am a little biased since I have an 04 myself. Either way, they both look really nice!

well what about the price, does it seem fair?? i know carmax is no haggle but i only see trucks from va and surrounding states, do these seem like good prices or are there other out there for cheaper, some people have been having problems with there level 2's, maybe some things to watch out for, just stuff like that

I bought my 02 Lvl II about a year and a half ago for 14500, with 24,000 miles on it, so i would say the price for that one is reasonable. The only problem i have had with mine is a timing chain rattle.

depends if you want to body lift it.. 02 is out twin shifters are a paint in the *** bodylifted.. you need suspension lift.. so if you do then 04 is better.. if you just want to leave it or suspension lift then 02

I vote the 02 as well. IMO they look cleaner, and it's also got the manual T-case. I have an 02 FX4 (they did the Lvl2 in 03) and love it.
