Spacers
Are there any problems with running 2" billet aluminum spacers? (wear and safety related). These are the ones Im looking at just so you know thats its the good stuff.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-...38362637QQrdZ1
I plan to run the 1.25" version of those spacers up front, and wanted the rear tires to come out close to the wheel well openings, so I figured 2" spacers would do the trick, but I dont know......safe?

well, when you're running mustang wheels, you dont have a choice in offset, other than the deep dish ones, but I dont want to do that, cause if I run deep dish bullets in the rear and regular ones up front, I wont be able to rotate my tires at all.....right now all I can do is swap front and back cause I have directional tires.

Yeah I had a pair of 2" adapters that I tried in the back on my 2000, it made the wheels stick out way too much for my tastes, looked tacky.. ^the deep dish wheels just look hott. They really set off the flareside nicely..
Even in the front, since they seem to stick out a bit more than the rear wheels to start with, putting 2" will make them stick way out there, not to mention you would be going through ball joints and possibly wheel bearings more often. I'd stick with 1" or less in the fronts just to clear the center dust caps for your wheel center caps.
