which tire?

I'm looking for used so I dunno if I have a choice but between the goodyear wrangler mtr, bfg mud, bfg all terrain, mickey thompson mtz, mickey thompson baja claw, etc... It's a daily driver ranger 4x4 with superlift, 3" body lift, lockers front and rear and 4:88 gears and plan on running 35's. I want that agressive look but I go up to the snow all the time anywhere from an inch to six feet deep and sand every once in awhile. I know I could search but I wanted to tell you guys my driving style and my set-up.
thanks

Cory, I'd say get some baja claws... My buddy had them on his heep before he full width'd it.. Had a locker in the rear and open front and he went anywhere he wanted and it had a lot to do with his baja claws... Put those tires and wheels on my buddy's red rocket ranger and now he goes everywhere in the snow with em... They're a good tire too, last a good while and look agressive...

I'd say either MTR, or Baja Claw... That's just going off what you'll use them for.

Havn't heard ANYTHING about hte MTZ's in the snow.

One thing i know....is that the MT/R's on my truck now, effin' tear it up on snow. I wheeled the truck they used to be on a few times. Open f/r, crappy gear ratio, and a underpowered 22R yota...Still kicked some major *** in the deep stuff.

the bigger and wider the tire gets the less traction you will have in the snow.
I would go the bfg all terrains though great for all types of terrain.

MTZs are awesome in all those types of terrain.
I've got 31' claws on my beater (open f/r) and it wheels like a champ!

Mickey Thompson is the man... 'nuff said.

your always gonna get opions on different tires, but best bet is to ask people who drive in snow with their tires. fx4wannabe says his MTRs work in snow, i think its MTRs ftw
