Tire Size Question

I'm new here and have a question. I have a completely stock Ranger XLT FX4 4x4. 16" wheels, and I'm looking to put new rubber on them. I really like the Nitto Terra Grappler, I had them on another truck of mine. I want to know if the size 265/70R16 will fit my stock truck with out rubbing or if I would have to do more to it to make them fit. Stock tires on there now are 245/75/R16. It seems like to me they would be okay, not much larger than my current tire. I just want to make sure they fit before I shell out the money. Is anyone else running this size on their Truck with stock suspension and wheels?

So.. similiar question.
have an 2008 XLT sport with 245 75 16's.

Looking to get the tallest all season tire I can on some black rims.

Anyone running a tall tire? What can I get away with .. with stock suspension?
