Tires Opinion
Well I went to 4 wheel parts, and basicly left there pissed. But I was set on a few choices of tires. So maybe you guys and girls can help me out. What are your opinions on the Bfg's mud-terrains or the Goodyear MTR's
most of the sales people in mainstream companies are by the book. so if it says one thing, thts what they push. because really, we cant do much more than the manufactor says.
but i say neither bfg or goody. toyo mt's

i wont chime in with my opinion on any other tires but for your questions about comparing bfg m/t to goodyear mtr's i can tell you that the mtr's will perform better offroad in a wider variety of terrain. however you can expect them to wear faster than the bfg's so basically it depends on your budget and how much and how hard you go off roading
Just my experience, I just saw mt/r's get BEACHED in some nice fl mud. Don't run the MT/R's in the swamp.
Honeslty, I would try up a super swamper tsl radial or irok. Go different...everyone has bfg's (me including). Or look at the xtreme mud terrain (pro comp)

I like my MT/Rs and everyone that I know that has had them has liked them too and everyone likes their bfg mud's. So I think they are both good tires and it's just what you want. But a lot of people are getting the MTZs now so you might want to look at those.

I completely understand If i was in FL i would have boggers or something to that effect.
I have wheeled in FL mud a few times I know what it is like. But my MTRs did great in the dunes.... How much sand is in the mud there? btw do you air down?

Pretty much the sand is just like the mud, it's sugar sand, so you just sink down into it...boggers just dig down too deep unless your in 4wd w/ a lot of power, I was thinking about those 37x13 boggers again, just b/c they are badass.....and my truck IS officially paid off now...
