Does anyone know what other vehicle wheels fit a 2002 2WD? I found some wheels from a Jeep (15x7) and was told that they would fit my Ranger, but I want to be sure before I buy them. That is the size I am looking for, but I want to be sure about the lug pattern.

depends on the jeep. Try going to tirerack.com there you can view wheels that fit almost any vehicle. Just compare the info on a rangers fit to that of the appropriate jeep. Good luck
