I drive a ranger and got some rims that have a center bore too small to fit, I'm planning on selling them but really would love to find a fix instead of getting rid of them. Right now just about every option seems sketchy except somehow getting rid of the center hub or shrinking it somehow which I don't think is possible. I have heard that the ranger is lug-centric so that could work. I also hear spacers can work as well but hear it's somewhat unsafe. Then lastly they say you can re bore your rims which is something that may work but I don't know anyone that can do it or where to find someone. the hub being too big
If you do find someone to bore out the center of the wheel, What will you use to cover that ugly dust cover that will be sticking out? I would sale the wheels and find wheels that will fit better.

I had an old ranger i sold recently and the dust cover hardly made a difference. Still looked great
