Wheel Rubbing on Caliper concern/ Help me decide!
Hey guys! I'm getting closer and closer to getting some new wheels for my truck! I have a 1999 Extended Cab XLT, the 4.0L I read another members posting about them not going to be able to run 15's because the brake caliper will rub the wheel... I am currently away from my truck so i can not check this in person but i am really egar to order my wheels... I was planning on getting Ultra 195 Crushers ( Ultra Wheel 195-5865B Ultra 195 Series Crusher RWD Semi-Gloss Black w/ Diamond Cut Lip Wheels ) I'm torn in the first place of which size to get, 15's or 17's... The reason i am leaning more towards the 17's now is because the have less backspacing, 4.5" oppossed to the 15's 4.75" backspacing... I am really looking for a wider stance and my wheels to stick out past my plastic fenders a little bit so i am hoping you guys can shed some light on my concerns and questions...
I will be wheeling everyweekend most likely and towing my boat about 20 miles twice a month. I'm planning on wrapping these wheels in some 33x12.50 Goodyear MT/R Kevlars
Thanks guys!

Just a heads up, my 2011 2wd wouldn't clear a set of aftermarket aluminum wheels [MB Old Schools] because of the rear calipers. It does have a towing package but those rims wouldn't even go all the way on the studs. I'm back to the drawing board looking for something to put on it.
Stock backspacing is 4.25 on all Ranger 15x7" and 16x7" rims as far as I know. The couple of different sets I have and have measured at the junkyard all have measured 4.25"
