wheel spacers again, 1"

Ok, i know this topic is pretty old, but i didn't see anyone running these on a non-lifted truck. Basically i have some aftermarket rims that are for a 2wd ranger, so my manual locking hubs don't clear the inside by about 3/4 inch. So i am looking at the Eibach 25mm (1 inch) hub centric spacers to bolt over the locking hubs and clear the inside of the rim (summitracing.com $145). The tires are stock diameter, just wider for a street look. The rims are 15x8, 4" backspacing. My truck is a 97 4x4 short box. Anyone see a problem with this? Problems turning at higher speeds? Also on the re-torquing the inner lug nuts, would loctite help? Any insight is greatly appreciated!

back to life with this old thread. finally bought the spacers and have a new problem. the inner hub hole is too small to clear the manual locking hub. the truck has the dana 35 axle. does ANYONE have a 94-97 4x4 with spacers on? looking for nothing wider than 1 1/4 inch. contacted spidertrax, said theirs wont clear either
