Before I start buying things...

So I've been doing some searching around and I'm pretty sure I know the answer already but I need a little assurance before I go spend a thousand dollars of my college budget lol. I've decided I want to get a set of 16x8 Buckshots but I need to know what size tire I should get without having to do anything drastic to make them fit. I was going to go with 265/75/16 but saw the chart that said I should be able fit 285/75/16 on my truck. I haven't been able to come across anyone with that size tire on a stock suspension with just a T-bar crank. I do plan to do that once I get the rims and tires ordered. I think I'm going to go with the American Prospector A/T but if y'all have any other suggestions for a good A/T that would be great. Any and all help is appreciated.

Justin

Disregard the opening post guys. I decided to go ahead with a body lift, the Buckshots, and the new Falken Wild Peak A/T 285/75/16

How do you like it? I'm planning on ordering that along with a 3 inch body lift kit tomorrow.

I would 150 bucks and 5-10 hours of work. Gives you plenty of clearance for offroading. I wouldn't do any major offroading with 285's without some kind of lift.

I've been thinking about getting the lift for a while now and I figured I'd go ahead and do it since I'm going to get the new rims and tires. Sonic, where'd you find a body lift for 150 bucks? The cheapest one I found was 200.
