Where to buy tires?

I am looking to fit out my truck with a new set of wheels and tires its an 02 xlt 4x4 wedgewood blue with 245/75/r16 on it currently and stock rims, I am trying to see what options are out there and see what some others might think for tire/ wheel combos. Is there a good place to buy online or should I look local. And if you have any ideas on tires or wheels let me know. Thanks

i think my truck is wedgewood as well (cant remember the exact name) but i have the stock 5 spoke wheels and they look alright i think a black wheel would look great on a blue truck IMO, dunno a good place to shop for wheels but on the tires if you go threw like samsclub they have great prices i just bought a set of 275/70r16 bfg a/t ko's for 626 with install and balancing

Which wheels are on your truck and where did you pick them up, I am going for a stocky beefy look for now till I am able to get a lift for the truck so some burly tires is what I am moreso interested in, whats everyone running

That's my friend, Andy's, truck, They are cragar black wheels, the cheapest you can buy, The only downside is they weigh a **** ton since they're steel. But they do look good.

4.5 backspacing is too sucke into the fenders, i would aim for 3.75 or 4

are you going 33s or smaller??
if 33s or larger do a 15x10

I'm still convinced Goodyear doesn't make a good tire. http://onlinetires.com is still the best site i've found for tire prices.

badkarma I like the look you used to have and I think thats what I am going for for the mean time untill I can afford a lift. Where did you get the setup and about what did it run you?

Ive noticed not alot of people have commented on where to buy your tires so i thought id just give you my suggestion on that.

If I were you, id search local. If you buy online, you still have to have them installed and you have to pay for shipping.

I suggest checking out a Big O Tires if theres one by you, or look for Tire Kingdom. Generally these will both have many options for you to choose from and they should be able to order you, not only tires, but some wheels as well. And they will install them for you, plus I know Big O (I work for Big O), and probably tire kingdom, will give you free rotations and free flat repairs when you buy the tires from them. Where as a online store, you dont get crap. No warranties, nothing.

also check out 4wheelparts stores. Theyll offer you the same thing as like Big O i think.

Hope that helps.
