will installing the set of three pulleys affect my air conditioning much? I would like to get some more performance out of the 3.0L but it is still a daily driver that needs to be comfortable for long rides, I'm also looking at e-fans, is there a direct bolt in or are you all using universal ones?

The set of 3 pulley's will not effect your air conditioning at all. Especially if you plan on getting the set of Three, the alternator OD pulley spins the alternator back up to stock speed so you have no loss in electric power. Even installing just the UD pulley hasn't made any difference to my air conditioning. The only electric power loss I have noticed with the UD pulley is at idle with headlights on, the headlights get slightly dim until I give it a little throttle. No change in ride comfort what so ever.

As to the efans, there is no e-fan specifically made for rangers, most you find will fit universally. Check up on what some members here have installed and how they work for them.. Best to get first hand information.
