Borla V. Flowmaster

Just curious, what sounds best on a 3L V-6 ? The Borla exhaust system or Flowmaster.. If anyone has either one what are the advantages and disadvantages?? Any kind of information would be awesome. Thanks.

i have the flowmaster 40 series and it sounds awesome... very loud and deep the borla however is more of a deeper quiet rumble... both are very good but next time i may go with the borla just because i dont want to make as much noise anymore

i definitely dont think the borla and the flowmaster sound the same at all. the flowmaster is deeper and a bit more "droney", and louder at idle than the borla, which has a more refined sound to it.

I have the flowmaster.. but if i had the money, i'd get the borla. Better performance, etc.

However, this depends on how you're gonna route your pipes. I dumped my exhuast.. so flos are good enough for me.

Well I hear Borla and Flowmaster are good brands for a 3.0 but I haven't found any sites that sell a complete kit.
