tb spacer on a 4.0 ohv installation ??

anyone install one on a 4.0 ohv with cast in throttle cable bracket on intake manifold? tried using one at one point but with supplied bracket but had to raise my idle or the throttle cable would bind, other way i can see using one if used older style intake manifold thus far.. probably not worth the exercise but the whistle may be a plus lol

Well, since there is no throttle body on a carburated engine, that would mean there is no throttle body spacers on non fuel injected engines. So a throttle body spacer doesn't work on a carburated engine, but does work on some fuel injected engines. I have just heard many times in this forum that they don't work on Rangers.
