pop your hood while the engine is running and look for collapsed hoses, I had a tear in the hose that goes from the throttle body into the back of the intake manifold. (4.0L sohc) and had the check engine light on, DTC said bank 1 and 2 lean, after I replaced the hose and used the sct tuner to clear my codes havent had a problem.
that hose was making me idle at 1500rpm and under normal driving when shifting gears from about 2900rpm it would stay that high when the clutch went in so of course it caused a bit of problems... lol
BTW a colapsed hose will hiss noticably so it wont be hard to find
