whats this mean?
what is an independence of dual 2 ohms? is that the same as 4 ohms?

Depends on how you wire them. In series or parallel. Series they will be 4 ohm and parallel they will be 1 ohm.

not may amps are 1ohm stable so you will probably have to wire them in series to 4ohms
