Help Installing aftermarket stereo.

I have a 2001 Ranger with the oversized factory stereo. AM/FM Cd. The cd player has a cd stuck in it and have had no luck getting it out. A friend gave me a Kenwood which I want to install it in the truck. From the size difference I think it will leave open gaps on the dash panel. Does anyone know if they make an adapter thing to close the empty spaces?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks alot.

Thunder!

You just need an adapter for it. Any stereo store and even Walmart will have them. It will comestible the dash prices witch will include a small cubby and all the wiring bits you need. All for about 20 bucks.
