headunit problem

headunit problem

well guys my friend is giving me his like new vr3 in dash dvd player and i had a question. when it was installed in his truck he killed his alternator and battery all the time from playing the music even low. is there some how that this think sucks aton of energey and i need to get a beter alternator?

No headunit sucks THAT much power. So no, you do not need to upgrade anything.
