1354M rear driveshaft

Is the rear driveshaft output flange on a 1354M that same as the 1354E? I read about this somewhere and can't remember where.

I've got an 03 with the aluminum rear driveshaft. Will I need the rear driveshaft flange on the right?

depends on the year of the case.

they used a smaller flange in the early 90s on the Tcase than what your 03 has.

What I did was took the flange off the 1354E case and put it on the 1354M case. Its rather simple with an impact and the right sized socket. that way you dont have to mess with Ujoints or the driveshaft at all.

It's a 93 so I'll have to remember that. Thanks Zach.

Mine was a 93 and put it in my 03. I bet the flange is a smaller flange...

btw, i think it is an 1-5/16" socket.. We actually changed a tcase and the flange in the camp grounds at the dunes and i remember buying I think a 1-5/16" socket because no one brought one.
