I need you opinion

I have a 1999 ranger with a 351W 4 speed 4x4 and I am thinking about my next step
1 leave the drive train alone and lift it and put some big tires on it and mud
2 leave the drive train alone lower it and make it really fast
3 make it 6x6 and run 2 rear axles like how a semi has them but I'm am torn on how I want to do this I have a 1991 f150 with a newer 351W the one in my ranger is out of a 78 just so that it was already carbureted so the whole wiring deal wasn't an issue because I hate wires I like the old set up im a huge fan of the older trucks and if I didn't get the ranger for $20.00 I wouldn't have gotten one so new I understand that the easiest and cheapest thing would be to lower it and race my buddies with it but I really like the 6x6 idea and I'm not sure which way to go I don't really need another lifted truck my other one is already lifted sitting on 35s but I love lifted trucks so I think if I go with the 6x6 I'm gonna lift it maybe run a 4link I'm not sure yet and I'm not even sure if I'm going to keep it on the road maybe just mud honestly any input would be good let me know what you guys think thanks
