Automatic to Manual Conversion

I searched the threads in the drivetrain section and no ones talked about this for a few years so here it goes:
I have an automatic Ranger with a 4.0L and 4x4. What I want is a 6 speed manual tranny and even possibly converting my t-case from auto to manual. And I read on that 2009 thread that you have to cut the Y-pipe, so while im under there, I had might as well run true duals :)
Am I dreaming, or can it be done?

dreaming.

But on the 6spd. why 6spd? Just go to the normal ranger 5spd and the tcase is easily converted to manual. Check out TrePaul's thread, he did a really clean job and its well covered....somethings maybe different as you have a 2011....
