First off, punctuation is a must buddy. I had to read that like a bazillion times to understand.
As for the lights. You have to do all the wiring yourself. Most peopel run the wire down through the door crack and to a switch mounted somewhere inside the cab.
To mount the bar, I'm assuming it has rain gutter mounts on each end, in which case you have to buy some mounts and put them on so that you can attach the bar.
Here's a link, I'm not sure which one you need, but it is one of those, someone else will know for sure.

Yes, you have to mount it to the body of the truck. I know Zach Stone has pics of how his are mounted, so hopefully he'll post them so you can see.
