ideas on reair for deeply keyed hood
hello everyone I have a 2000 mazda b2500 that i very recently bought. It is in very good shape,no mechanical issues(knocks on wood), just a few dings. The major issue is the previous owner sold the truck during a divorce. There is a very noticeable 1square foot area that has f**k you carved into it just above the drivers headlight. Any advice would be greatly apreciated just please try and keep it cheap.

And if you absolutely have to have a shop do it, but you're short on cash, two-tone it with plasti dip until you can get it painted. Painting is pretty easy though as long as you have a good place to do it.

Check out the Duplicolor color match system. its about $40 to do a piece that size. I just did a roll pan that turned out well and I'm no body man by any means but they make it pretty easy. Just check out their video and take your time. Also i painted it in my garage because of dust and stuff outside just leave the garage door cracked.

I did not find out until i got home with it and began to check the air pressure in the spare. i noticed there was electrical tape on it so i pulled it off and found it. I thought my diff seal was leaking a bit, it turns out it was brake fluid. the front brakes do most of the stopping anyway so it didn't feel any different

Yea you would think so all the brakes work would be right after does it run but there was tape over it. I guess someone must have just thought they wrapped it up for fun lol
