What's that tool?

Newbie here,
I have a 2003 Ranger XLT 4X4 (6cyl 4.0). I want to see if the seats from my 1997 Ranger extended cab (6cyl 3.0) will swap out.
I see a strange looking bolt, looks like a 6-point star, that's bolting the chair into the frame. What kind of tool do I need?
Also, what other seats from other cars will fit mine? In case I have to go that route.
Aloha from Hawaii!
EL

That's a torx bolt. I think it's like a T40 or T35. Just take those 4 bolt out (2 in front, 2 in back) and the seat will lift out. There may be an electrical plug on the bottom side as well

Yes, they will fit fine, but...............you may need to swap tracks, and on the '03 they may be riveted on vs screwed on, so you will need to grind or drill out the rivets.
But test fit the '97 seats tracks in the '03 first, could be close enough to drill the rear track holes out more to get a fit
