They should fit. I had Hellas behind the grill of my 01, and I've seen guys with Hellas on the 04+ trucks.

Did you try mounting them upside down? (The mount would go through the top of the header panel)

You should be able to get it for around 130 in the USA. Check the Westin Website for a dealer near you. I paid 185 in Canada from an online distributor to avoid duty extra border fees so it was still a great price for me.

This is a next-to-no-cost option....LIGHT TABS! These were very very popular years ago and offer a no-drill installation and use existing bolts in your 98-05 bumper.

I've made several sets using 1/4" x 1 1/2" flat bar heated and bent into a 90, drill holes, done!

Add a crossmember between the two and now you've got 4 mounted in a clean, neat, and totally reversible fashion.

What IF ?

You cut holes in the grille and allow the face of the lights to protrude through.

Ok so no holes in the grille, I know there is one made for the f-150 but do not know about the Ranger.

A lot of people on this site have the lights behind the grille and say there is no interference with light output, so do it.

The biggest problem with lights behind the grill is heat. Light output isn't a problem, but plenty of folks have melted their grills
