I think the only way would be to find someone that is willing to risk their life to tell you.

You will probably have to have a friend in the dealership, or something like that. Chances are they won't tell you, because it puts them at a dissadvantage in a sale.
Also it depends on how many they have. Usually Ford will give the stealership a deal when they buy so many units. Like if they buy 50 rangers, they might knock off $1000 the price in which the dealership buys them.

I mean a new vehicle from the factory. Im either looking at an 09 ranger f150l, or volvo c30(yes its still ford) My company(not gonna name, names) Has a very large fleet contract with ford and offers me the chance to purchase one car per house hold at 4% above dealer's cost.
