Splash?

93-6 were id'd by color match grill, bumpers and mirrors. late 96 and 97 you could get an xlt with the stepside bed, without the splash package.
so if you have a 94 with color match parts, and a stepside, it's a splash.
not all came with buckets. my 95 splash had a 60/40. power mirrors were the only option it had. no cruise, no tilt, no pw/pl, no a/c.

It is a 96 with all color matched body parts. no splash decals though. If it was painted it was painted original color which is black. 60/40 seats no tilt wheel. Has flag mirrors. I'll get some pics in the morning.
Edit: It does seem lower in the front than my 94xlt and i heard splashes were 1 inch lower in the front?

Stolen from TRS
Midway through the 1993 model year -- in which it was redesigned -- Ranger added a sporty Splash model to its lineup that included a Flareside bed and special trim. At first offered only as a regular cab, an extended-cab version (shown here) was added for 1994. Ford-owned Mazda now sold its own version of the Ranger as the B-Series, but it didn't offer a Flareside bed.
