I have axle code R5. That's a limited slip, 3.55 geared 8.8".

Awesome!

Now if I could find the name of my paint code, JA. It's purple.

Ooh...I just had another idea! Since Jenny is gonna be a weekend car, and "the Splash" [no name yet] is gonna be mainly for long hauls and daily driving...I could swap the 3.08 from the Mustang with the 3.55 in the Ranger...hmm..

I found JA. I've looked all over before, but I hit the "I Feel Lucky" button on Google and got this:

Bright Sapphire Metallic Clearcoat - JA/M6704

Chris,

I've explained WHY you are NOT seeing the Skyline. Read some brother! I don't have my computer right now, so I can't very well upload pictures.

Also, I don't WANT the 4.10. I had a buddy with a twin truck to mine, only he had the 4.10's and I was faster AND got better mileage. With the amount of torque of the 4.0, you don't necessarily need the gearing to get rolling. Besides, I can stay in the gear longer and harder while he is busy shifting all the time.
