No problem with a Ford! Hell, I've converted 2 different people to Fords from Chevy's... most notable is my buddy Eric, who in high school was all about Chevy and would not have ANYTHING to do with a Ford. After throwing a rod in his 79 Jimmy, and spinning a rod bearing at 96K in his 96 S-Dime, he got a Sunfire, hated the car, sold it to his dad, took over his dad's 96 Powerstroke for a bit, bought a 73 Bronco, drove that till he bought his Ranger. He's a converted Ford fan, and is actually looking to pay off his 01 2wd Ranger, and trade it for an FX4 Ranger.

i dont care about brand. people are stupid. i go by what model the vehicle is. yes i like rangers but i would rather have a silverado 1500 over a f-150. thats just me though. they all break at some point.

Ditch the steps, new bumper, new wheels and tires and your set.

Thats what i had in mind for a start, i might dress up the steps and keep them though. by the time im done, i want it to look like a show truck, but be ready for anything i throw at it. I cant decide if i want to go solid black or solid white for paint.

That F150 looks like a complete POS compared to your old Ranger. That thing was clean!

That F150 needs a new bumper bad. I would really look that whole thing over good for rust.

All i really saw was surface rust on the bed next to the cab on both sides. a good family friend owns a shop and he is looking it over today. the main thing was puting it on the scanner. the bumper is actually bent in on the driver side.
