Steering Wheel Buzz

Alright guys here's one for you. When I'm driving over 70 mph and the wheel is straight or a little to the right, there is a buzzing noise that comes from the steering wheel. It doesn't happen when the wheel is to the left or when I'm going below 70. It happens both when my foot is on the pedal and when cruise is on. You can feel a very small vibration near the base of the steering wheel when it happens. I've tried tilting the steering wheel different directions and it still persists. Any ideas?

I did a search on this topic and found some interesting thoughts on loose pedals and cables but nothing really seems to match up with this.

Is there an easy way to pop off the steering wheel so I could take a gander inside and see if something is disconnected? I don't want to fool around with something and have the airbag blow up in my face.

Anyone know how to tighten a loose shifter on the Automatic? Mine's a little loose too...dunno if they'd fix it at the dealership...dunno If I trust them to do it anyways, truck has been in 4 times in less than a year and they can't work out the rattles...
