AT Cooler on 4 Cylinder ?
Hi all..just purchased a 2009 XLT 2.3 4 cylinder. I'm a little confused whether I have an AT cooler on or not. I got under the vehicle and followed two pies from the AT and they ended up the the right side (as looking from front) of the radiator into what looks like a cooler but I can't tell ? I think it has the factory cooler. Would I need additional cooling as I plan to tow ? It has factory hitch and wiring..thanks for your help

Yes that is a cooler on the side of the Radiator, most do the bottom but side is fine.
Whether you tow or not all automatics need an air cooler as well as liquid(rad) cooler.
Doesn't matter which line/hose it is on, as long as it will have good air flow it will be a much needed improve over only 1 cooler.
$60-$100 added trans cooler will give any automatic a longer life, period.
